At Royal Academy of Dance Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all dancewear and accessories are returned in their original packaging with tags attached and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
